1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dc88" means the online betting and gaming platform operated at dc88.io and all associated services, products, and features accessible through that domain.
• "Platform" means the dc88 website, mobile-optimised web application, and any other digital channel through which dc88 services are delivered.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the dc88 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the dc88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held within a Player's dc88 Account at any given time.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sporting bet, casino game stake, or any other form of wagering activity placed through the dc88 Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, deposit match, or other incentive awarded to a Player by dc88 subject to stated wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the base currency of the dc88 Platform, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and age verification process dc88 applies to all registered Accounts.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 11 of these Terms & Conditions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the dc88 Platform, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the dc88 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Your continued use of the dc88 Platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. dc88 will notify Players of material changes via the email address registered to their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

If you are accessing the dc88 Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms & Conditions and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

3 Eligibility

To register and use a dc88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dc88 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy for all registered Players without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension currently in force on the dc88 Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of dc88 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and at all times thereafter.

dc88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point. Accounts opened by ineligible Players will be suspended and any Balance held may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation. dc88's determination of eligibility is final.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one dc88 Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or using third-party personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. dc88 employs device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, dc88 will suspend all associated Accounts and any Balances held within them may be forfeited.

4.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile telephone number, and a valid email address when registering. All information submitted must be accurate and must match the identity documents you will be required to provide during KYC verification. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud.

4.3 KYC Verification

dc88 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Player at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. dc88 may also request proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot showing the registered mobile number associated with a bKash or Nagad account used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by dc88 support may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4.4 Account Currency

All dc88 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposit amounts, Bet stakes, winnings, Bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. dc88 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dc88 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. dc88 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify dc88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or discover any unauthorised access to your Account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any other security breach affecting your Account. dc88 will initiate a security review upon receiving such notification and may temporarily suspend your Account to protect your Balance during the review process.

dc88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security, your sharing of login credentials, or your use of the Platform on a shared or public device without logging out after each session.

6 Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dc88 accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). dc88 does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency. This list of accepted methods may be updated from time to time at dc88's discretion.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set at the Account level and may vary based on your verification status and account history. Players who have completed full KYC verification may request increased deposit limits by contacting dc88 support.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your dc88 Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of the transfer. dc88 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's network, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of the confirmed transfer, you should contact dc88 support at [email protected] with proof of transaction.

6.4 Deposit Ownership

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension. dc88 may request verification that the mobile wallet used for a deposit is registered to you personally before processing any associated withdrawal.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. dc88 does not transfer withdrawal funds to a different mobile wallet or bank account than the one used to fund your Account, except in cases where a payment method has been permanently deactivated and an alternative has been verified by dc88 support.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount per request is ৳1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, though very large withdrawal requests may require additional KYC verification before they are processed.

7.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours of approval during normal operating conditions. dc88 aims to approve all withdrawal requests within two hours of submission. Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays in Bangladesh, or scheduled maintenance windows. dc88 will communicate expected delays via on-platform notifications where possible.

7.4 Wagering Requirements

Funds credited to your Account as a Bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each Bonus is stated in the terms of that promotion. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once are eligible for withdrawal at any time subject to identity verification.

7.5 Withdrawal Holds

dc88 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement review. dc88 will notify you of any hold and the reason for it. Holds will be resolved as promptly as reasonably practicable.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

dc88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated in the terms of each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to your Account Balance upon fulfilment of the stated qualifying conditions (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of a specific payment method).
• Each bonus offer is available to one Account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. dc88 reserves the right to void bonuses where multiple Accounts are identified.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion terms before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• dc88 reserves the right to modify the wagering requirement or other conditions of a promotion at any time. In the event of a material change to a promotion's conditions after a Player has already begun wagering, dc88 will honour the original conditions for that Player's current bonus cycle.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in your Account after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• dc88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from the Platform at any time without prior notice to Players who have not yet claimed it.

9 Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Placement

All Bets placed on the dc88 Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any Bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. dc88 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed Bets except where a clear and verifiable technical error has occurred on the Platform.

9.2 Odds and Market Availability

Odds offered on the dc88 Platform are subject to change at any time prior to Bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time your Bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that Bet. dc88 reserves the right to suspend, remove, or void any betting market at any time, including after a Bet has been placed, where it determines that a market integrity issue, data feed failure, or other exceptional circumstance warrants such action.

9.3 Void Bets

dc88 reserves the right to void any Bet where: (a) it was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system or human error; (b) the relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement date, or determined to have been subject to match-fixing; (c) the Bet was placed using a prohibited method or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Voided Bets are returned to your Account Balance at the original stake amount.

9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Bet and vary by market, sport, and Account status. Current limits are displayed within the dc88 betting interface at the point of Bet placement. dc88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts or market types at its sole discretion.

10 Casino & Slots

Casino games and slot titles available on dc88 are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated and maintained by the respective game providers. dc88 does not control or manipulate game outcomes.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are determined by the game provider and are typically available within the game information panel. Live casino game rules, including minimum and maximum table stakes, are displayed within the relevant game lobby prior to joining a table.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dc88 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, borrowed, or third-party identity information.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place Bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games, including poker, to gain an advantage over other participants or over the Platform.
• Using the dc88 Platform to launder funds, process fraudulent transactions, or conduct any activity that facilitates financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sports or casino gaming outcomes.
• Attempting to access the dc88 Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or Platform security measures.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing any other person to use your dc88 Account.

12 Responsible Gaming

dc88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Players in Bangladesh. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered Players directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time notifications to receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed and no Bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the dc88 Platform without the prior written consent of dc88.

The dc88 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of dc88. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any dc88 intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by dc88.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the dc88 Platform, regardless of whether dc88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dc88's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dc88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. dc88 reserves the right to suspend the Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice and shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such downtime.

15 Amendments

dc88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to deposit or withdrawal rules, eligibility requirements, or prohibited conduct definitions — dc88 will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to the amended terms taking effect, either by email notification to registered Account holders or by prominent on-Platform notification.

Non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information, may take effect immediately without prior notice. 16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through dc88's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. dc88's internal complaints process requires that you submit a written complaint to [email protected], following which dc88 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

dc88 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair resolution of all player disputes. dc88 does not make any representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the dc88 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
